KVKK Disclosure

Under Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), Edis Medya acts as the data controller (veri sorumlusu) for personal data collected through zanna.live.

• Handling booking, press and brand enquiries submitted through our forms.
• Sending the newsletter to visitors who explicitly subscribed, and honouring unsubscribe requests.
• Preventing automated abuse of our forms and keeping the site secure.

Personal data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1, for the newsletter) and, for booking and press enquiries you initiate, on the basis that processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2).

Personal data may be transferred to the technical providers that host this site and deliver its email (located in the European Economic Area), solely to operate the service described above, and never sold or shared for advertising purposes.

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction or deletion, and object to a result that arises solely from automated analysis.
