Who we are

zanna.live is operated by Edis Medya on behalf of Zanna, for the purpose of booking, press and brand enquiries. Edis Medya is the data controller for the personal data described below. You can reach us through the booking form on this site.

What we collect

  • Information you submit through our forms: name, company or venue, email, WhatsApp number, city, event date and any message you write.
  • Newsletter subscription: your email address, preferred language, country and the time you gave consent.
  • Basic technical data needed to operate the site securely: an anonymised, hashed version of your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.

Why we process it

  • To reply to booking, press and brand enquiries and to prepare a contract if a booking goes ahead.
  • To send the newsletter you explicitly opted into, and to let you unsubscribe at any time with one click.
  • To keep the site secure, prevent automated abuse of our forms, and fix bugs when something breaks.

Who sees it

Only Edis Medya and Zanna, and the technical providers that keep the site and mailboxes running (hosting and email delivery). We do not share your data with advertisers. If a booking becomes a contract, the minimum information needed (name, contact details) may be shared with venues, promoters or partners directly involved in that event.

How long we keep it

Booking and press enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal purposes. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time, subject to any legal obligation to keep records of a completed contract.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to stop processing it. To exercise any of these rights, use the booking form and mention "privacy request". We reply to every request personally.

International visitors

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, or Turkey's Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK, Law No. 6698). See the KVKK Disclosure page for details specific to Turkey.
